- Multi-year process architecture and project management for implementation of Portfolio Management processes for a major university
- Process architecture and standards implementation as a continuation of previous work for major retail customer
- Definition and improvement of current business processes with subsequent integration into 3rd party governance technology
- Development of a Value Strategy oriented roadmap for a major financial institution aimed at increasing ROI for technology
investments. Currently managing the first of 5 releases.
Past (through 2010)
- Assessment of current state Portfolio Management processes in major retail market resulting in simplified execution and increased adoption
rates
- Provided process assessment and recommendations to Health Care payor processing provider aimed at rationalizing
disparate processes and reducing PMO overhead
- Conducted Project Portfolio Management assessment resulting in re-alignment of initiative to company goals and
recommendations resulting in streamlined project planning and management with reduced overhead
- Conducted as-is Process/Financial Assessment, providing accurate insight supporting C-Level decision making
- Facilitated Vision and Mission Development resulting in re-prioritization of Portfolio investments
- Conducted Usability expert review for company website, resulting in redesign that reduced Order to Cash steps

- Redesigned Travel and Expense business processes for global sales force, taking advantage of mobile technology image capture,
to reduce expense report submission and provide better cash flow management
- Implementation of cross-functional collaboration model to unite and empower distributed organization resulting in proactive
quality management and unlocking creativity in the workforce
- Delivery of a common Application Release Management process, reducing overhead by 300% across
seven (7) distributed development organizations
- Definition and implementation of a simplified organizational structure and training processes, resulting in a reduction
in staff learning curve by 100%
- Development of technology roll-out strategies, central and distributed ownership models, governance processes
and standards that enabled our customers to realize positive return-on-execution (ROE) and utilization
- Improvement to a number of as-is processes recommending various automated technologies, enabling efficient

- Utilizing extensive management experience to institute continuous process improvements in numerous IT functional areas including development, testing, portfolio and project management, release and deployment management, budget management and organizational and resource management resulting in improved time to market and higher quality products
- Executing both internal and external software audits in accordance with DOD standards, CMM and SEI requirements and ensuring the institution of appropriate governance within the organization
